8 months (and a video)!

Semmes was eight months old last week!  He is pulling to stand and starting to cruise; he's going to be walking by ten months.  He's in 9 and 12 month clothes.  I don't have his measurements, but I'll get his weight on Wednesday.  He's in size 3 diapers, but he's starting to explode out of them, so we may be moving up to 4's very soon.

He is starting to figure out emotions.  If you are laughing, he'll laugh too.  If you yell his name, he'll cry.  If there is something he's not supposed to be touching (cords, nightlights, shoes, etc.), he will crawl over toys to get to it.  Is that a boy thing?  He still LOVES Leffe, and really all dogs.  He's "eating" solid food.  But that still pretty much consists of him playing with food.  I mean, he puts it all in his mouth, but I just don't know how much he's actually getting down.  He'll get there.

All-in-all, he's a really great baby.  Well behaved, cute, and funny.
