Cooper's Care Map

Brad is giving Grand Rounds on Tuesday.  Apparently this is a big deal; residents rarely give presentations.  It's on Cooper and treating medically complex children.  Brad and I made a care map for Cooper.  Click on the picture to see the whole thing.  Here is what it takes to take care of Cooper (yikes!):
